Agency Cancellation Your safety is our priority. An expedition may only be canceled due to:

* Severe weather or a Philippine Coast Guard no-sail advisory.

* Unexpected boat issues with no available replacement. If this happens, guests may choose to:

* Receive a full refund (excluding payment processing fees), or
