⚓ Agency Cancellation
Your safety is our priority. An expedition may only be canceled due to circumstances such as:
- 🌧️ Severe weather conditions or a Philippine Coast Guard no-sail advisory
- 🚤 Unexpected boat issues where no suitable replacement boat is available
If the expedition is canceled for these reasons, guests may choose between:
💰 Full Refund
Receive a full refund, excluding any applicable payment processing fees.
📅 Reschedule
Reschedule your expedition to another available date, subject to availability.
👤 Guest Cancellation
Please note that all guest-initiated cancellations are non-refundable.
No refunds will be provided for:
- Guest cancellations
- No-shows
- Missed departures
We strongly recommend confirming your travel plans before making your booking.
📅 Rescheduling Policy
Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the scheduled departure date and are subject to availability.
Requests made less than 7 days before departure may be subject to additional charges.
